Returns and Refunds

We gladly offer full refunds on products that are unopened and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

To be eligible for a refund, mailed returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For your convenience, eligible returns may also be made in person at our clinic at no additional charge.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please call us at 707-775-7393 as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for opened products, products not in their original packaging, products with damaged packaging, sale items, or gift cards.

Please call us if you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
